When Shane’s mother passed away, he suddenly found himself not only grieving, but also carrying the overwhelming responsibility of serving as her Personal Representative.
In addition to court filings, asset inventories, creditor notices, and financial reports, he was inundated with predatory investors offering to buy his mother’s home for half of its true value. As a seasoned realtor, Shane knew better, but he also recognized how easily families could be taken advantage of during their most vulnerable moments.
That experience changed him.
Shane understands first-hand how stressful and confusing probate can be, and how important it is to have someone trustworthy by your side. Today, he channels that personal journey into serving families across Utah with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to protecting their loved ones’ legacy.
